Guidelines:
Feature/Spotlight Story – Each featured person is chosen by our editorial team and must meet certain criteria: Breaking news, topical, Q&A’s, and Exclusives, receive preferential treatment. You must include social media reach; twitter, Facebook, and linkedin fans. When featured you/your client must mention the article/feature on each of your social media channels.
Advertorial – This is similar to a sponsored post except this can be in the form of an advertisement or an article – there is a fee if this type of content is an “Advertorial” it is clearly stated at the beginning of the article. Size 250 to 500 words with one link back included. To inquire about this, email eiram@techinamerica.com with the details. Please include company name and link included in email body.
Articles – Submit a non-promotional how to, inspirational or entertaining article with one link to a main site in the signature (bio) at the end of the article or in the body of the article. Bio can be up to 30 words including links.
Article Title: Up to 150 characters. Article: 250 to 800 words for the digital magazine.
Author Bio Between 25 and 50 words Max and can include organization’s name.
Topic Area: Include the topic or subject or category area of your article. If the topic is not suggested we reserve the right to post your submission to the most appropriate topic area – make it discernible to increase chance of publishing.
Article Format: Your article can be submitted in plain text or html in the BODY of an email. We do not accept articles in attachments. We request authors pictures, images and photos and other visuals supporting the article.
How to Submit Your Article
Author Contact Information: Please include your contact information with your submission. Please include your name, company name, your address, website URL and email address. Additionally, include your social sharing addresses: Twitter, FB, Linkedin, etc. If you do not wish to have your email address published, do not include it in your resource box.
Copyright Information: We only accept original content articles written by the author or copyright holder. By submitting an article to one of our sites and/or publications you are granting permission for its use on the website in our resource library (articles) and newsletters.
Authors retain all copyrights to their individual works; We do not accept articles not written by submitter with exception to agents and PR firms; We do not compensate writers for article submissions; Typically, we publish several articles daily.
We reserve the right to publish articles at our discretion.
